​Life is a rollercoaster ride, sometimes there are glittering celebrations celebrations, sometimes there is sadness and in between there is a variation of shades between light and dark grey, all of which need to be appreciated. All want to be honoured.

Pure art of living! For me, it means savouring every moment moment, savouring it and always looking for the hidden gift even in difficult situations.

For me, it means cultivating friendships, savouring love, contemplating the smoke of a fine cigar,
travelling to faraway countries, immersing myself in other cultures. Cooking, tasting wine tasting wine, watching a butterfly, enjoying a dewdrop in the sunlight in the sunlight or simply just being there.
